FAQs
Frequently asked questions about the Challenge are below
Is the Champion your Chappy campaign optional?
Yes, the use of this system and particularly the Champion Your Chappy campaign is completely optional. We simply wanted to provide an initial campaign to help LCCs raise funds for their Chaplain’s days in the school.
Are there posters and other promotional materials available?
Yes, if you visit the downloads section of the fundraising portal, you will find flyers, social tiles and of offline donation forms available to help promote your campaign.
Where do donations go?
Donations (minus the fees) are deposited to SU Australia each fortnight. We then allocate the donations to your LCC fund. It may take up to 72 hours from the time the funds are deposited to you to see that donation in your financial reports.
Are there fees?
Yes, there are fees for taking donations through the Funrasin platform.
You can opt to cover the cost of the fees when you make a donation.
SU Australia pays the membership fees to use Funrasin and the cost of building out the custom layer on the Funrasin platform. These costs are not passed on to LCCs.
Who do I contact for help?
As always, your Field Development Manager is the first port of call for general questions about fundraising and this campaign.
For questions about donations made to your LCC, please email support@su.org.au.
