SU Coast to Coast Chaplaincy Challenge 25

My Activity Tracking

69
kms

My target 500 kms

I'm fundraising for kids in Tasmania and because I know SU is doing a great job

Last year, I had so much fun joining my boss in all her runs and this year, I really wanted to be part of all this, too!
I know that my family is very involved in SU. The two younger humans have been on many SU Camps and learned and gained so much from these experiences. The relationships they build with other young humans and old were super positive and seem to be developing into lifelong friendships.
Since not everyone has got positive role models in their lives, the means to go on camps, or a chaplain there to support them, I will do my best to get my boss running! Thank you for supporting me dragging her along!

My Updates

Thank you so much for your support!

Teamwork is best!

Saturday 15th Mar
Teamwork beats everything and my boss and I have been through many ups and downs together recently. I think she said we did another 11km today which I reckon is absolutely (p)awesome as we are running to support little humans. And let me tell you, I have seen little humans who have been on camps with my boss, had a chaplain at school, or went to an afternoon program growing into big humans who have turned into wonderful people. They look after me beautifully, look after each other nicely and often are members of what they call church. It's mind blowing for me that there is a creator who has created everything! Take the bush for example; isn't that just the greatest toybox full of sticks?
You can be part of our team, too, and it's very easy! Instead of buying a bag of bones for me donate the $5 to https://fundraise.su.org.au/fundraisers/SnorkSebastian/su-coast-to-coast-chaplaincy-challenge-25

Not enough paws

Friday 14th Mar
I think I need a break. Quite a bit of running recently, it may have been another 9km today. I have not enough paws to do the math any longer. Aw well, it's for a great course.
Only a couple of more days to go!

Running in the rain - my favourite!

Wednesday 12th Mar
The Coast-to-Coast Challenge is absolutely wonderful as I get to run every day! Today was especially super as it was raining non-stop. 11km with automatic water cooling - great, isn't it? Not quite sure what my boss thought about this though. But never mind. She seemed happy because she really believes she is doing something useful for others, especially young humans. How about you support me - even though I am just having fun - and through you, I can support her?

Sunday Monday Start

Tuesday 11th Mar
Sunday was great - I love fundraising walks because I know my boss is doing something really useful and there are kids in Tasmania who will really benefit from the support! We did a couple of leisurely walks on Sunday as a warm up but then, when I really wanted to get into serious fundraising and running on Monday, there was this horrific, enormous, extra ordinary apocalyptic thunderstorm - and I needed to hide under the bed. Thank you for supporting me any way, I really tried but my paws would not have supported me.
