So today marks the end of the challenge and I met my target by doing a final walk home today from church which is 10km. Thank you to everyone for the support and fantastic results for our whole team. Once the sync occurs with Strava i should be at 71km.

First walk today

Sunday 19th May

Did an 8km walk/jog back home from the shops this arvo. Felt good being it's the first real distance in a long time. Day 2 tomorrow!
