Champion Your Chaplain

I'm fundraising for Centenary Heights State High School...

Hello, my name is Sandy Wood and I have the privilege of serving as Chaplain at Centenary Heights State High School on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our school community is home to approximately 1,900 students, each with their own unique challenges, pressures and stories.

I am passionate about supporting students, families and staff through difficult seasons, offering encouragement, compassion and a listening ear when life feels overwhelming. School chaplaincy creates a space where young people can feel seen, supported and reminded that they are not alone. For many students, this support becomes a source of hope and stability during challenging times.

Chaplaincy is only partly funded by the government, which means we depend on the kindness and generosity of our wider community to continue this important work. Every contribution helps us continue our mission of bringing hope, care and connection to the lives of young people.

Thank you for considering supporting this valuable service and helping us make a positive difference in the lives of the next generation.
