We are excited to have your children participate in our upcoming event! However, we would like to inform you about an important detail regarding the registration process due to restrictions on our software platform.

Unique Email Requirement for Each Child: Our Fundraising software requires a unique email address for each child you register we userstand this is annoying and have flagged this with them to fix as soon as possible.  

Easy Solution for Gmail Users: We understand that having multiple email addresses for each child can be cumbersome. Therefore, we have a helpful tip for those of you using Gmail. You can use a single Gmail address to register multiple children by adding a unique identifier for each child.

Here's how to do it:

• If your email is emailaddress@gmail.com, you can modify it for each child's registration.
• For example, for one child, you might use emailaddress+child1name@gmail.com, and for another, emailaddress+child2name@gmail.com.
• Although these appear as different emails to our system, all correspondence will be directed to your main emailaddress@gmail.com inbox.

This method allows you to comply with our software's unique email requirement while keeping all communications streamlined to your single email account.

Note for Non-Gmail Users: If you are not using Gmail, please check if your email provider offers a similar feature, or you may need to use separate email addresses for each child's registration.
